Exchanges

If you are for any reason unhappy with our goods we will happily issue a replacement they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in an original resalable condition.

• No refund policy , only extchange , in case the new product price more than the first one you must pay the difference amount.
• Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in transit.
• New Goodluck Jewellery is not responsible for all the return shipping and customs fees of the items.
• We strongly encourage our customers to send EXCHANGES by a tracked and insured service as New Goodluck Jewellery will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any requested exchange due.
• If your return does not meet these criteria this policy will not apply.
